Vacant Business-Property
Up to 90% Rates Discount
Tipperary County Council are launching a new scheme to support anyone opening a new business in a property that was vacant, derelict, or/and on the dangerous structure register.
We are offering grant support up to the value of 90% of annual business rates. There is no upper limit on the amount awarded. Businesses can also avail of additional benefits if they operate one of our Targeted Businesses for Main Streets.

Note: Exceptional Areas of Development
From time to time each Municipal District can specify designated areas that fall outside of the Main Street Zone but are under redevelopment within the town centre for inclusion in this grant scheme under the Main Street Zone categorisation.
